I subscribe to Craft Coffee, a coffee delivery service from New York. I’ve been pretty happy with the quality for the price and the customer service. One their site, they ask you to rate the coffees, and I had been brutally honest with my ratings. I had been feeling like the roasts I’d been getting recently were darker than I’d have liked.
